Raising the Vibration of the Planet by Finding Similarities |
As we work together to raise the vibration of the planet, we each need to discover the beliefs we have acquired that contribute to low vibration energy.
People have greater trust for people that are similar to them than those who are different. We see this in generalizations. “All blacks are…” “All Hispanics are…” “All whites are…” ” All Muslims are…” “All Christians are…” When you only see the differences in each other, life is built on separation, not community.
Healing the planet is about the Oneness
Those on a metaphysical spiritual path working to release darkness from the planet, holds the truth that everyone and everything came from the same Source, which is Love. This is not a unique view. To be able to bring people together in Oneness, it is crucial to understand we all came from One. Since we all came from the same Source the core of our beings are similar. Everyone yearns for acceptance, for connectedness. We all find it in different ways.
Those committed to removing darkness make a commitment to assist in removing the low vibration emotions which separate us one from another. We work to see through our differences and find our similarities. We also celebrate the differences as variety which makes life exciting.
You Are Love Incarnate
In a society in which we are trained to “stay with your own kind,” we are adept at finding qualities and characteristics that separate us one from another. If we changed our focus and instead looked for that which unites us, life would be more peaceful.
One statement I use when I’m having a difficult time in a relationship is “You are Love Incarnate.” This is an acknowledgment that we are from the same Source. When I’m having a difficult time with myself, I will say “I am Love Incarnate” to remind myself of where I came from and what I am striving to be.
Using the mantra or affirmation declaring the truth of the core of everyone’s being assists in bridging the pain and suffering that separates us. The key is having the honest and deep desire to heal, to be in unity with each other.
Oneness is not Sameness
Since we are from one Source we are of one family. This does not mean we are all the same. We will continue to have our cultural, spiritual and political differences. Life would be boring if everything was the same. By realizing we all spring from one energy, and to affirm that belief through “You are… I am Love Incarnate” we can assist in living with each other in acceptance and harmony.
Does this mean I’m advocating anarchy? No, I’m advocating acceptance, understanding and peace. There will be times when we must protect ourselves from those who wish to harm us. Being aware that we all come from Love requires that we truly work to heal the woundedness that generated such anger that there was a compulsion to strike out and hurt. We would move from “punishment” to “healing.”
